Job Description

Role:The Billing Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of billing specialists and ensuring that all billing processes are carried out accurately and efficiently.˙This role requires excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as a strong attention to detail; and˙will be responsible for projects billing.Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day supervision to the Billing staff, ensuring that sta? is adhering to departmental procedures and ensuring timely and accurate work of the sta?.
  • Provides guidance to Billing team and handles escalated issues providing resolution.
  • Review monthly statistics of billings and identify any concerns to billing manager.
  • Work with internal departments to assist in resolving disputes on the behalf of the customer.
