Previous experience in pricing Mega Projects (200 million S.R and Above).
Previous experience in pricing projects (Royal Commission, Ministry of Transportation, Ministry of housing)
Pricing of tenders in the field of (Civil works - Sewage- Electrical works - Roads - Traffic safety works.
Previous experience on the (NEOM - Red Sea projects)
Review the tender documents (including Instruction to Tender (ITT)) to analyze the prequalification requirements, and assign relevant tasks to tender engineer.
Coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires and pre-qualifications;
Organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review.
Prepare/ revise clarification sent to client and make sure that it is applied to final submission.
Make sure that final direct cost is complying with project documents or list deviations if any.
Assist in hand over the project related papers and documents to the executive team in case of being awarded.
Prepare/ revise comparison sheet of related subcontractors/ suppliers offers.
Ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign off in accordance with the delegation of authority guidelines.
