The Artificial Lift Subject Matter Expert (SME) is a seasoned professional with deep expertise in artificial lift technologies and operations. The SME will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality curricula , ensuring alignment with industrial standards, and training and assessing candidates in the design, implementation, supervision and optimization of gas lift systems* Demonstrate advanced knowledge of artificial lift technologies, including but not limited to electric submersible pumps (ESP), gas lifts.* Lead and contribute to the artificial lift curriculum and assessment development.* Collaborate with the project team, to design a comprehensive and engaging curriculum that meets the identified learning and assessment objectives within the planned timeframe.* Develop and deliver training programs for operational and engineering teams on artificial lift technologies and best practices.* Develop assessment materials and incorporate different assessment methods and types.* Conduct the assessment and maintain assessment security and records Company Profile ALI A.
