Troubleshoot Material Handling SW, Perform software training and Support in resolving software and IT related issues.
Identifying software application weaknesses and target areas.
Troubleshoot the integration between surveillance , access control systems with vault automation SW and Material Handling SW
Troubleshoot vault automation SW, Perform software training and Support in resolving software issues.
First Level Support for the customers by analysis of customer requests and reported problems.
Receive, document and prioritize issue tickets from Application Software users.
Real-time response to questions and solution of problems on Application related issues.
Preparation of more complex problems for transfer to Second Level Support.
Regular customer communication regarding the status of their requests and progress of their solutions.

Apply new updates & patches as per instructions provided by reporting channel
