Responsibilities:? Develop and maintain strong business relationships with investors and investor partners? Research and contact new buyers? Communicate with real estate agents, attorneys, and any other relevant third parties as needed? Receive and review buyer/investor purchase contracts? Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions? Manage CRM and continually update? Participate in ongoing training? Take the transaction from contract to close
