Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Apply the manual of good practices
• Complete and organize worksheets of control records
• Implement and enforce procedures of Food Safety in Food and Beverage team
• Check the quality of raw material in the receipt
• Apply checklist procedures in the kitchen
• Follow procedures of out site catering
• Follow the Nutritionist in monthly technical visits to suppliers of raw materials
• Daily monitoring of production and distribution of food
• Attending to guest requests regarding nutrition
• Attending the authorities of sanitary inspection, when required
• Focus the controls in the food security of the guest and TM
• Participate in training that are offered for your professional development
• Maintain company Technical Training certification
• Knowledge of complex government and industry regulations, and ability to monitor compliance with these regulations
• Maintains HACCP documents and other quality reports
