Job Description

Job Title : Lead EngineerLocation : ChennaiExperience: 10-18 yearsTarget Industry : BFSI , Internet, Retail, Fintech,FMCG or product based companyRequirements:

  • Hands on 10+ years experience in Architecting and delivering engineering solutions.
  • Prior experience in cloud delivered platforms with experience in web, mobile tech.
  • Building scalable backend architecture for supporting a customer-facing exploding fronted tier Prior experience building data-driven applications (e.g., able to use insights in guiding dynamic display of relevant content to users).
  • Working with and mentoring technically strong junior engineers.
  • Ability to gather and understand business requirements, map to high level design and then produce and own the low-level design and implementation.
  • Chart out the engineering roadmap for product integration amongst our various offerings enabling the business to service end customers and lenders in a more effective manner.
  • Bias to action, leadership and ownership are essential for success.
