Job Description

  1. Responsibilities
  2. Develop, Manage, administer and update website of the Company and identify business needs of the website.
  3. Handle overall company IT and connectivity requirements.
  4. Monitoring the availability of the web application.
  5. Monitoring the error log.
  6. Replying to the app reviews on AppStore and Google Play.
  7. In rare cases, changing the data on a database level manually.
  8. Handling disaster recovery (restoring the database backup and website if needed).
  9. Helping users to solve their issues.
  10. Managing users and master data.
  11. Maintain a secure IT environment.
  12. Oversea and manage IT projects and websites development.
  13. Manage and administer hardware infrastructure.
