The Division is spit in to Facilities Management, Real Estate and Project Management offering a diverse range of opportunity for dynamic individuals.The Facilities Supervisor will work closely with the Facilities Manager to ensure all FM functions are completed.This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring all preventative maintenance, Civil Defense works and emergency repairs are carried out within the correct timescales and to the correct quality.The Facilities Supervisor will manage relationships with internal clients and external contractors to ensure the professional, efficient and effective delivery of the FM service on behalf of M.H.Alshaya.Please note that this position requires regular weekend and night shift working.The working pattern can include both Friday and Saturday as normal working days.You must also be available to work outside of offices hours in the event of an emergency.About Us:Alshaya Group is a dynamic family-owned enterprise which was first established in Kuwait in 1890.
