Victorias Secret delivers a best-in-class, captivating branded customer experience that builds loyalty, not just through the product but through the customer service experience provided by the in store staff.The Role:You will be responsible for managing the visual merchandising and store teams in a given area to deliver effective and commercial visual standards that support brand marketing initiatives, including store layouts and window displays, thereby contributing to the achievement of the brand sales targets. Through creating and maintaining excellent team and cross functional working relationships you will implement processes and procedures to deliver best practice across all stores in your area.Qualifications & Requirements: 5-7 years experience in visual presentation/merchandising or marketing, preferably with a leading fashion specialty retailer or brand in a multi-store capacity. 1-3 years retail management experience preferred.

  • Excellent Merchandising / Presentation Skills - Interpretation of brand direction across assigned territory.
  • Innovation & Creative Processes.
  • Ability to facilitate effective visual presentation training.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic & English
  • Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Proven ability to train and develop.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, problem-solve and decision make.
  • Proven ability to work independently and pro-actively manage multiple tasks/priorities and personalities.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively work independently and remotely.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Approximately 4 days a week travel required.( Internal KSA ) & twice a year in Region Visual Summit .
