For more information, please visit: https://www.oracle.com/content-managementThe OCM development team is looking for experienced web application developers to contribute to the expansion of OCM?s strong web presentation capabilities with enhanced document management capabilities. These new cloud service capabilities will be at the forefront of Oracle?s content management product portfolio. They must be reliable enough to run continuously, performant enough to handle the high volumes of multi-tenant cloud deployments, and capable enough to manage vast quantities of content for some of the largest enterprises in the world.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very visible and dynamic line of business within Oracle that is expanding rapidly and using some of the latest and greatest technology.Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the broader OCM development organization in a fast paced, innovative and continuously evolving enterprise level cloud service
• Analyze and evaluate detailed business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, user experience/graphic designers and product managers to analyze and translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
• Participate in Oracle?s agile development and continuous development integration pipelines to deliver quality software components at a quick pace through all aspects of the solution development lifecycle: design, development, test, and maintenance.
• Innovate with new ideas, research relevant tools and methodologies and implement proofs of concept.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
• Provide production level support for cloud delivered solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (or above) in Computer Science or equivalent, with a solid foundation in JavaScript based client applications leveraging modern JavaScript frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience developing web application user interfaces
• Experience with front-end JavaScript client-side frameworks such ReactJS, AngularJS, Vue, Knockout and Backbone
• Experience with modern web tools and technologies such as HTML 5.0, CSS, SASS, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, TypeScript, Bootstrap, JSON, Grunt, NodeJS
• Experience with Web services / REST API
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git and SVN
• Ability to work independently within a development team that is distributed around the globe.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

• Responsive and Adaptive Design
• Web Site/Application Security and Accessibility Design
• Knowledge of web page performance and analytics techniques
• Developing solutions for use in mobile applications
• Experience with Enterprise Content Management or Web Content Management applications
• Ability to research, learn and become proficient in new technologies quickly as is required to master new problem spaces

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc. As a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, debugging or designing of software applications or operating systems. Provide technical leadership to other software developers. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs. Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
