Scrum MasterRecruitment context and jobdescription CIH Bank is looking for a Scrum Master who will have the following missions:Contribute to the construction of SCRUM teams and coach them to develop their self-organization and their multidisciplinarity,Ensure good understanding and collaboration between the members of a Squad,Assist in day-to-day and complex decision making (Solution oriented)Facilitate training on the subject of agilityPromote and ensure the good understanding as well as the rise in skills of the team to the agile philosophy and the Scrum methodology,Make the business aware of the contribution of Agile methods and advise them on the practices to be put in place,Support agile teams during project scoping phases by leading vision workshops, story maps, roadmaps, etc.Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies: Daily scrum, sprint review, sprint planning and retrospective and highlight the role of Scrum Master at organized eventsWork with Product Owners to process backlogs (scheduled lists) and new requestsEnsure that the team has a good understanding of the user stories,Facilitate the day-to-day work of the team and team/client collaboration and resolve conflicts and eliminate obstacles that ariseFacilitate internal communication and effective collaborationGuarantee the quality and respect of deadlines for software releases,Share with other SMs during dedicated sessionsParticipate in the animation of the community within DSIBring development teams to a higher level of maturity in ScrumParticipate in creating a productive environment where team members take ownership of the product and enjoy working on itHelp teams implement changes effectively.
