Substantial experience working in in life sciences or pharmaceutical industry, industry e.g. Medical Communications, Medical Science Liaison or Medical Information is necessary for this role. A minimum of 5+ Years of experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Pharmaceutical industry. A degree in Pharmacy, Medical, or any related field is mandatory, as well as proficient English & French (both spoken and written).This Job is based in Casablanca, Morocco.Rise to the challengeThis pivotal role is responsible for managing scientific engagement plans, including engagement and Communication with the scientific community and building awareness to improve PMI scientific reputation, as part of overall strategy towards achieving a smoke free future.More specifically, youll:- Manage scientific engagement projects and serve as an expert in the execution of such projects.- Identify, analyze and assess scientific trends. perform planning, drive engagement with scientific stakeholders.- Support Manager External Affairs on all scientific issues related with external parties.- Develop market plans to increase the knowledge and understanding within the stakeholders of PMI?s scientific approach and results.- Develop customized market scientific messaging and content related to all PMI scientific activities, updates and developments which can be shared with the external scientific community.- Engage and communicate with the scientific community to drive awareness and build support for PMI?s smoke free vision and improve PMI scientific reputation, as part of overall strategy.- Analyze intelligence and observations from these engagements, and refine strategies and action plans as may be necessary.- Identify and/or create scientific networking opportunities (conferences, seminars, roundtables, workshops, study tours, country visits - incoming and outgoing etc.).- Create market specific plans to capitalize on opportunities and execute in collaboration with the Manager External affairs.- Educate internal stakeholders on science behind PMIs products.FIND A NEW PATHPhilip Morris Maroc S.A.R.L. offers you a fresh perspective.
