Our promise to our associates is rock-solid: we grow together, we enjoy our work, and we inspire each other.Join in and feel the difference.We are looking for detail-oriented and independent Regional Controller f/m to join our Operations Book to Report - Controlling team.As part of Global Business Services Organization we provide wide range of controlling services to our internal customers.As Regional Controller you will support North Africa legal entities with reporting, month-end/year-end closing and budget planning.Furthermore you will be responsible for intercompany agreements process including: setting up the agreements, intercompany invoicing and payment support.Main Responsibilities

  • Monthly Business Reporting incl. P&L, top KPIs , CAPEX & cost reporting,
  • Month-end closing & Year-end closing activities including Controlling process in POE (SAP),
  • Support Accounting and Tax Departments during audit,
  • Business Plan and Current Forecast,
  • Profitability analysis and continuous evaluation of risks against targets,
  • Support North Africa management in all controlling/reporting matters,
  • Leading Controlling projects such as new systems implementation and automation projects,
  • Working on automatizing of Controlling processes and implementing solutions to increase efficiency,
  • Setting up intercompany agreements,
  • Intercompany invoicing and payment process support incl. preparation of required documentation for Office des Changes
  • Follow up on KPIs related to intercompany invoicing.
QualificationsEducational Background:
  • Masters Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management,
  • Fluent English and French is a must, Arabic and German would be a plus.
Experience and knowledge:
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Controlling in international environment.International work experience is a plus,
  • Experience with budget planning, business analysis and supporting management with strategic decisions,
  • Experience with leading meetings and presentations to top management,
  • Advanced Knowledge of SAP CO module and at least 1-2 years of practical work in SAP system. FI, SD modules knowledge is a plus,
  • Knowledge of reporting systems and processes eg. HFM,
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, expertise in Excel is a must,
  • Strong analytical skills.
Soft Skills:
  • Excellent Communication Skills (both oral & writing skills in English & French),
  • Self-motivated, highly independent, flexible, result orientated and able to deliver on time,
  • High level of maturity in analyzing and presenting business topics,
  • Ability to lead the projects autonomously.
