  • Provide support to the Branch Manager;
  • Take responsibility for social media advertising campaign for candidate attraction;
  • Establish relationships with training academies and institutions;
  • Manage and develop the team to ensure delivery;
  • Evaluate training school as a potential revenue stream;
  • Manage the relationships with the Business Development function in Dubai;
  • Manage client relationship during recruitment campaigns and trips;
  • Interface with relevant embassies and government departments to ensure smooth processing.
