  • Ensure handily postage management and coordination;
  • Reception, registry and guidance of site visitors;
  • Participate to FCM tasks whenever needed e.g. assets counting, renovation; works coordination, company car handover/return, etc.
Qualifications
  • Degree in secretariat;
  • First experience preferred inPostage/Office management;
  • Knowledge in postage flows;
  • Secretariat/registry skills;
  • Microsoft office for reports.
