You will work closely to coordinate and complete positions tasks as follow: Manage the payroll cycle according to the internal process for a timely and accurate payroll Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and variables... Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance: payroll, personal information, turnover rates, social security and external administrations... Coordinate monthly and year end activities in cooperation with finance department: tax payment, social security payment, pension and medical insurance payment, annual declarations... Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions, Facilitate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors, Identify and recommends updates to payroll process and procedures, Assist in completing the Offboarding clearance as part of stakeholders and Communicate exit process to leaving employee, Responsible for international assignment process including expat salaries calculation according to Corporate policy, Coordinate immigration process for foreigners associate.Qualifications Able to work in a fast-paced, growing environment and work with all levels of management Thrive in ambiguity Organized, proactive, and creative Customer service oriented - you love to solve complex doubts Good analytical skillsEDUCATION : University degree in HR Management or similarEXPERIENCE : 3+ years experience in general HR mainly in payroll managementSKILLS : Solid understanding of labour legislation and payroll process Great communication skills Great Analytical skills Fluent in French and English Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
