Our promise to our associates is rock-solid: we grow together, we enjoy our work, and we inspire each other.Join in and feel the difference.We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient Logistics Planner - ANAPEC f/m to join our team.You will work closely to coordinate and complete positions tasks as follow:

  • Analyzedemand on multiple levels of aggregation and collaborating with the sales organization and marketing to understand the business trends and anticipate the demand changes based on shared market intelligence,
  • Coordinate the S&OP for the countries and interact with sales and marketing to understand demand forecast drivers,
  • Ensure high service level through keeping optimal inventory levels by maintaining good forecast accuracy and low forecast bias,
  • Ensuring a clear and transparent communication to the sales and marketing about supply status and out of stock risks anticipation,
  • Inventory management and overstock management, including portfolio clean up, overstock reduction,
  • Planning of demand in our regional warehouses and demand of our customers served directly from our International Distribution Center,
  • Master data management on SAP,
  • Launch, promotion and phase-out planning,
  • Prepare monthly reports for KPI tracking and improvement (service, inventory, forecast accuracy).
Qualifications
  • Graduated in Supply chain management,
  • Fluent in English and French,
  • First experience or Internship in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Distribution Management, preferably in trade of consumer durable or industrial products,
  • Analytical and logical thinking,
  • Skilled in MS Office Excel, Power Point and Power BI,
  • Hands-on mentality and structured working style,
  • Self-directed, self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as an integral member of a team,
  • Team player with a flexible approach to the role within the team
  • Communication skills to multiple stakeholders,
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with high degree of accuracy and reliability.
