Our clients include leading Consultancies, Fortune 500 companies, Governments and NGOs.About this roleThe IT Representative will provide technical assistance to users by troubleshooting problems with computer hardware or software.What will you do? Key job requirements will be your ability to

  • Provide Desk-side and remote IT support for Casablanca, Barcelona, and Mexico Offices.
  • Prepare company machines (Laptops, printers, access controls?etc) and install/update all needed software.
  • Assist the IT Team by maintaining ISO 27001 forms and records up to date.
  • Assist the local IT Team in long term or ad hoc projects.
  • Manage Local IT systems and equipment (Routers/AP/Switches/Access Control/Cameras?)
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and scheduled asset counts for IT equipment.
  • Monitor connectivity/internet performance (LAN and WiFi).
  • Apply system updates and vulnerability fix on a scheduled basis.
  • Schedule and conduct system backups.
  • Maintains knowledge of technology innovations and trends.
  • Ensure service availability according to the company SLA.
  • Adapt working hours to cover Mexico IT Support.
