They take great pride in developing lasting relationships, building great rapport and using their flawless communication skills to sell our products to customers by phone, web and email.Join us as a Inside Sales Representative on our Inside Sales team in Casablanca to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you?ll achieveAs an Inside Sales Representative, you will develop relationships with new and existing clients, consulting on how Dell?s products and services fit into their solutions.You will:

  • Individual contributors responsible for selling Dell?s support services offers at After Point of Sale (APOS) to specified customer segments and/or geographical regions, ensuring best in class performance. Your main responsibilities will be:
  • Work with sales team, sales management and support services sales specialists on account planning activity
  • Proactively identifies customer needs/requirements and recommends/quotes appropriate Dell Services
  • Act as a subject matter expert on all elements of the Services portfolio to support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives.
  • Focus on delivering a positive customer experience according to Dell standards and ethics through engaging with the customer directly whilst building a relationship

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Experience within Sales is mandatory, and/or MERAT Region specially
  • Proficient in managing time and resources, capable at self-managing from a day to day perspective
  • Engages cross functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal/meet customer needs
  • Advanced level services sales representative, broad understanding of services and technology in the industry; contributing beyond self, sought out by others
