Job Description

? Work with HR Manager to effectively execute HR strategies and run day to day HR operations.? Work with HR manager on recruitment process, Screen Resumes and Coordinate for interviews with hiring managers.? Facilitate smooth on-boarding of new joiners and ensure effective integration into the company.? Conduct New Hire Induction/Orientation for New Joiners.? Maintain and update all Employee Files, HR records as per the company process and HRMS requirements.? Work with HR Manager on Employee Goal Sheet preparation and sign-off process.? Facilitate Performance Management process by coordinating with all department heads for timely closure of Appraisal process.? Assist in periodic Employee surveys and follow up action.
