BOSCH REXROTH offers to its customers hydraulics, electric drives and controls, gear technology and linear motion, and assembly technology all from one source.We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient GM assistant and Marketing coordinatorf/m to join our team.You will work closely to coordinate and complete positions tasks as follow:

  • Assist the General Manager to work effectively by organizing and prioritizing his tasks in the various countries;
  • Maintain database of contacts;
  • Entrance point for DCMR phone calls;
  • Organizing appointments, meetings and travel arrangements;
  • Expense claims preparation;
  • Identify, anticipate and prepare information requirements of the for meetings, appointments, presentations etc. and follow up inward and outwards request for information, outstanding reports;
  • Drafting of official letters and documents for DCMR;
  • Liaise with internal departments;
  • Arrangeinternal events;
  • Consolidate associates travel information?s;
  • Generatereports on a monthly basis;
  • Coordinatewith Data security officer and CNDP;
  • Operational marketing activities: social media, events (fairs, technical days, webinars, ?), material (goodies, documentation, ?), assure branding guidelines internally and with sales partners;
  • Further special topics possible.
QualificationsEDUCATION
  • ENCG degree or similar
EXPERIENCE
  • 2 to 4 years working experience
SKILLS
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexibility, fast learner
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management skills
  • Good MS office knowledge
  • Fluent in English
