Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort is a truly magical destination, a place where grandeur meets generosity, featuring an amazing array of fun activities and entertainment for the whole family on the shores of the Atlantic.We are looking for a talentedExecutive Assistantwho willassist the General Manager in day to day work including communication with clients and suppliers, maintaining rates and contracts, keeping data and records...Main Responsabilities :

  • Handling all secretarial work for the office of General Manager.
  • Promptly replying to all correspondence without constant supervision.
  • Coordination with all HODs for various meetings.
  • Coordination with HODs for the monthly report.
  • Responsible for taking minutes of the meeting.
  • Responsible to collate information and provide to the General Manager as and when requested.
  • Take and distribute meeting minutes to appropriate individuals.
  • Handle incoming parcels and other material.
  • Create and maintain computer and paper-based filing and organisation systems for records, reports, documents, etc.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences.
Profile :
  • Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent certification.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication both in French & English
  • Well versed with MS office tools
