This is not simply our job, it?s our passion.Job SummaryAs a Director of Food & Beverage you are responsible for the dining experience of guests at all the Resort venues and instrumental to enhance and influence the overall guest experience while maintaining compliance with company practices, cost projections, and mission statements.Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Planning, organizing and directing the whole Food & Beverage service operations.
  • Creating and maintaining menus that correspond to the highest satisfaction of guests as well as specific menus of events and an excellent beverage service, while ensuring services are presenting a story telling.
  • To be involved with the full day-to-day functions, including staff management and development, guest interactions, office administration duties, relationship with vendors, and labor costs.
  • Hiring and managing employees ensuring optimal efficiency, supporting their training and development and build a strong career and succession plans.
  • Work with the Marketing team to set plans and ensure campaigns and promotions are successfully developed and organized.
  • Controlling inventory and monitoring budget expenses and costs to maximize revenue and profit while ensuring guaranty of best quality.
  • Ensuring sanitation and safety standards and laws are met and ensuring required permits and licenses are established and up to date.
  • Establish, review and maintain policies and procedures.
  • Establish and achieve quality and guest satisfaction goals. Help guests with their requests and complaints ? making sure of maintaining a high level of guest experience.
  • Analyse guest insights to identify and meet customer expectations and build on guest loyalty
  • Regularly communicate with guests to ensure expectations are met.
We are looking for a Director of Food & Beverage with relevant experience in a similar role. Fluency in French and English with solid track record meeting targets.
