Our promise to our associates is rock-solid: we grow together, we enjoy our work, and we inspire each other.Join in and feel the difference.We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient Country Approval Manager f/m to join our team.You will work closely to coordinate and complete positions tasks as follow:

  • Providing the research at a very basic level to generally determine if a law, norm or standard applies to a specific product,
  • Communicatingthe legal standards to the Automotive product managers,
  • Ensuring all regulatory laws are understood and effectively communicated within the business,
  • Ensuring the protection of the intellectual property owned by Robert Bosch GmbH. Intellectual property can have various forms: Trade Marks, Copyrights, Patents and so on. Violations can come in many forms as well. Some violations are: Counterfeit Products, Unauthorised Use of Copyright / Trade Marks, Trade Dress, Bait and Switch and False Marketing.
  • Enforcing the legal procedures to ensure Robert Bosch intellectual property is constantly monitored, while infringements are documented and communicated to the relevant authorities,
  • Implementingandexecutingof the necessary changes/requirements within the organization in coordination with external stakeholders,
  • Project coordinationfor required changes implementation.
QualificationsEDUCATION
  • Degree in legal studies, commercial law, intellectual property...
  • Knowledge in compliance
  • Advantage of Technical / Automotive Engineering background
EXPERIENCE
  • 5 years? experience in legal or compliance role
  • Knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket and spare parts sector is a plus.
