It is why 87% of employees feel happy working at JTI.And why we?ve been awarded Global Top Employer status, eight years running.So when you?re ready to choose a career you?ll love, in a company you?ll love, feel free to #JoinTheIdea.Learn more: jti.comThe purpose of the HoReCa and Consumer & Trade Activation (C&TA) Associate position (based in Casablanca, Morocco)is to contribute to new product launches, create integrated brand activations that are consumer focused and utilize JTI limited resources as effectively and efficiently as possible.The key responsibilities would require interpreting and translating the brand strategic direction into consumer-focused activations that are engaging, rewarding, with an enriching experience for the consumer and which can be implemented by Sales and Trade Marketing in retail and supporting channels and HoReCa by the allocated C&TA Associate.This would require strong discipline in planning, organization and development of all Trade and Consumer programs, especially during active promotional periods, with adequate support materials and engaging initiatives.Strong collaboration with the Brand and Sales Teams to find the best options to position our brands with the right consumers will be paramount to our success.Responsibilities:HoReCa and Consumer & Trade Activation Programs

• Planning and development of consumer activities across all channels and touch points
• Create all branded activities influencing awareness and equity
• Development of channel programs, merchandising and POPM
• Branded trade promotional initiatives
• Implementation in Retail and supporting channels will be the responsibility of Sales and Trade Marketing
• Implementation in HoReCa will be the responsibility of the C&TA Associate

• To ensure clear understanding and the effective use of resources and time, the C&TA Associate will be responsible for the annual cycle planning
• Planning would include portfolio prioritization based on company objectives and maximum value driven by segmentation

• Creating and managing all consumer promotional initiatives within the brand guidelines as set out by Global and the Local Brand Management Team

• Constantly monitor program performance and take corrective actions when necessary
• Performance measurement and corrective actions for the branded initiatives

• Budget Allocation & Monitoring: Secure an effective and efficient budget allocation to the Trade Activities: visibility & Activation & Developed materials. Monitoring investment compliance (both on terms of activity and timing) to the Annual Plan, securing effective investment control
• Support the investment approval process (BAP?s and Memo?s). Raise PRs & Follow-up on supplier?s deliverables, Good Receipts

• University degree or relevant Marketing Degree would be advantageous
• At least 5 years? experience in similar roles
• Fluent in French, Arabic & English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A strong analytical mindset and strategic thinking.
• Excellent to very good skills in Excel & PowerPoint are a requisite
