The profile sought is responsible for the oversight of the Casablanca based Trade and Communications Surveillance Team, working closely with the London and Paris based CMS teams to deliver the services required to comply with EMEA regulatory requirements. The position will report locally for organizational arrangements and to the London and Paris regional Heads of Communications and Trade Surveillance for functional/technical management.In coordination and collaboration with London and Paris CMS management, the esponsibilities include, but are not limited to:?Maintain a team to deliver an effective Trade and Communication surveillance programme?Manage the day-to-day supervision of local Trade and Communications Surveillance activities.?Maintain risk-based compliance controls and monitoring program, in coordination with the London and Paris teams.?Implement and support an appropriate operational and functional training programme for local surveillance staff in collaboration with SGATS, London and Paris CMS management?Oversee the execution of trade surveillance and communication surveillance monitoring plan?Ensure that comprehensive procedures are documented to evidence the surveillance programme.?Investigate and report issues arising from the compliance surveillance monitoring activities to European teams.?Ensure SGATS local management are provided with appropriate operational management information to support local management needs?Support the development and improvements in processes and methods to manage operational and functional risks?Provide effective and relevant management information and business intelligence to help identify risks and improve management awareness of CMS performance.?Support the performance Risk Assessment and Control Review team and Governance & Organisation team as required.
