  • To develop andgrow Measuring Tools sales & Turnover in the assigned region(s);
  • Search and development of additional specific Measuring Tools distribution opportunities;
  • Support, train andguide the local sales team to achieve annual growth objectives and Turnover target;
  • Sales planning, forecasting andStock planning;
  • To ensure effective implementation of product promotions across all Channels;
  • Product listing activities ? Dealers, Key ?Users, achievement of targeted goals;
  • Product launching activities, stock planning, implementation, achievement of targeted goals;
  • Identify anddevelopof Key Users, Key Project Customers;
  • Network handling, development & expansion - regular market visits;
  • Information gathering about competitors & market trends for Measuring Tools;
  • Collaboration with retail marketing, local & central;
  • Technical support for tools and services for dealers and users.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or equivalent;
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in sales or similar positions;
  • Fluent in Arabic and French. English is a plus.
  • Negotiation skills and customer orientation;
  • Flexible, willingness to travel;
  • Market knowledge andinformation;
  • Measuring Technology knowledge preferred (Topography, Geometer..);
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, willingness to accept challenges;
  • Autonomous working manner.
Additional InformationMAJOR CHALLENGES
  • Technical knowledge of the products is a must to succeed in this job;
  • Market orientation and setting the ground to develop MT customers and users;
  • Ownership and independent working is highly important.
