Within the MARK/BTO (Business Transformation Oversight) department, the Sales Efficiency Team (SEF) assists the different MARK teams in the global management of the sales force by providing essential analysis / reporting in a timely manner and by conducting transformation / digital projects to improve commercial effectiveness without compromising data security.The main missions of a Sales Efficiency Analyst are:?Provide ad-hoc analyzes, Key Performance Indicators and presentation to the MARK sales managementoExtensive use of all available data from business tools and central management systemsoSynthesis writing and implementation / production of regular reportsoFormalize presentation materials for seminars, staff meetings, managerial meetings ;?Identify data / referential reliability actions, implement and control corrective actions with the concerned functions?Contribute to the implementation of digital tools used by MARK Sales force / management by taking charge of transversal commercial efficiency projectsoIndustrialization and digitization of existing reports in order to devote more time to analyzes and improvement projectsoIndustrialization of action plans to systematize and homogenize the commercial approach in the One MARK frameworkoProcessing, support and follow up of Sales Credit incentive schemes.
