Plans sales volumes and potentials of all assigned customers. ? Provides information via CRM for forecasts and planning and ensure the follow up. ? Analyzes and evaluates markets (both technology and product portfolio) and needs of potential or existing customers. ? Spots opportunities for local product and service portfolio solutions. ? Prepares customer contact, builds and maintains a customer focused network. ? Prepares / coordinates and negotiates proposals in cooperation with proposal mgmt / other involved professionals and management. ? Coordinates the realization of assignments, may coordinate and contribute to set up respective product developments, projects or services programs. ? Completes sales and revenue related key reporting. ? Contributes to the development of After-Market business for the assigned customers. ? May act as a point of contact to customers in commercial matters and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer support. Qualifications Education, Experience and Skills: ? Bachelor or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering / Industrial Automation. ? Minimum 5 year of experience in the same position or equivalent acquired in a multinational environment. ? Minimum knowledge of Product (SIMATIC, Drives & Automation, industrial networks?). ? Respects internal values and working atmosphere of commitment, team work spirit, openness to new ideas and strong motivation. ? Strategic skills to make plans and take actions in alignment to the country business orientation. ? Ability to sell, hard negotiator, with deal closing capabilities. ? Good communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to deal with, customers and staff at all levels. ? Innovative with result and quality orientation. ? Preference will be given to candidates with experience in SAP. ? Fluent in English, French and Arabic. ? Demonstrate proficient knowledge of computer systems MS Office, Word and Excel, databases, and programs. ?
