Job Description

  • Contribute to total customer satisfaction through ensuring proper distribution and execution of all repair orders and sublet repairs
  • Ensure all customers vehicles are completed for delivery at the time promised
  • Maintain minimum number of vehicle carryovers
  • Maintain zero comebacks by conducting final quality inspections and instructing technicians on self-check procedures
  • Contribute to efficient service operations by reducing the causes of and the time taken for job stoppages
  • Ensure accurate recording of hours available and hours worked
  • Ensure continued dealership profitability through correct loading of the service shop, based on facility and manpower capacities
