Job Description

We are looking for a junior WordPress developer to join our team in Cairo.with experience in IT help deskYour tasks as a WordPress developer (80% of your week)

  • Build & development WordPress websites
  • Website and plugins maintenance (updates, upgrades), bugs fixing,and security configuration and intervention
  • Dealing With (Host & Domain) bugs
  • SEO technical configuration
Your tasks as IT help desk (20% of your week)
  • Install, configure, maintain & monitor all end-user hardware (PCs, printers, mobile devices, etc.)
  • Install, configure, maintain & monitor all end-user software applications (Windows, MS Office, Outlook, etc.).
  • configure, maintain & monitor all systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues
  • Dealing With Fingerprint machines and support
  • Dealing with surveillance cameras and support
  • Escalate IT issues for resolution when needed and in accordance
