Main Duties:

Greet the guests at the entrance of the hotel.
Present the welcome drink and cold or hot towel to the Hotel?s Guests upon arrival
Responsible for the preparation cycle of the welcome drinks from the F&B and cold or hot towels from the laundry.
Escort guests to the front desk to proceed with the check in process.
Be familiar with the hotel front desk/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
Be aware and knowledgeable about any events or outgoing promotion and print the event?s sheet of the day.
Direct the VIP guests from the lobby to the events.
Communicate any issues related to the cleanliness in the Lobby area .
Ensure that the Music in the Lobby area is on .
Performing candle rituals in the lobby.
