Water Treatment Senior SpecialistTechnical Requirements:? Perform water system operation and cleaning and record that. ? Perform PW and WFI sanitation of the loop as per SOP. ? Perform back wash cleaning of the pretreatment unit as required. ? Check all critical operation parameters on daily basis or as required according to authorized procedures in the water station. ? Checking all safety requirements for water station and boiler operation. ? Check regeneration process for the softer. ? Prepare all needed chemical solutions for water treatment, boiler, and chillers as per approved SOP. ? Perform all needed analysis in site for pH, conductivity, etc. ? Prepare a list for all needed chemicals for the water station, boiler, and chiller such as: (Salt tablets - Sod. Meta bi-Sulphate - NaCl) ? Record all data in appropriate format as per SOP in time accurately and precisely. ? Participate with investigation team as required for water treatment, boiler, and chillers trouble shooting or in case of failed QC chemical or microbiological analysis results. ? Supervise the maintenance operation of water treatment station, RO, WFI, PS, Boiler with maintenance engineer.SkillsEducation, Skills, Experience required:Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or Science. Minimum 3 years experience in technical support management preferably in a pharmaceutical industry. Comprehensive knowledge of safety procedures and standards. Excellent English, verbal / written communication. Ability to work well through others. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
