Responsibility

Direct management and daily follow-up on warehouses activities of receiving, storage, releasing, product turnover.
Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior to increase efficiency.
Provide improvement ideas and projects to increase work efficiency and productivity and cost reduction.
Develop the competencies and skills of direct subordinates of Supervisors, and following-up on developing their subordinates of warehouse keepers and assistant warehouse keepers.
Follow up on warehouses infrastructure (buildings and equipment), and take the appropriate actions with the concerned departments to properly maintain them.
Coordinate with other concerned departments to ensure flawless process with maximum efficiency and minimum cost.
Get the required approvals from management regarding the expenses of warehouses.
Track key performance indicators of warehouses section and direct subordinates, and take the appropriate actions to improve them.
Periodical site visits at Head Office and branches to follow up on the implementation of work processes and work instructions, solving the obstacles facing warehouses personnel, and take the immediate appropriate actions to fix any deficiency.
Provide the required reports to the direct manager and the concerned departments.
