Strategically manage the FG warehouse in compliance with the company?s policies and vision.
Responsible for plans and performs work that involves ordering, receiving, inspecting, returning, loading, packing, labeling, and maintaining and supervise inventory counting.
Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.
Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.
Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements.
Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security.
Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system.
Supervise the timely dispatches & Accuracy of the qty mentioned in each delivery.
Controlling Receiving FG from Production and follow up by batches and ensure receiving complete batches on time.
Control the accuracy of the inventory.
supervise the segregation for (Slow Moving / Near-Expiry) and ensure hygiene for all locations.
Supervise the SKU batches on SAP and verify the same physically
Controlling and supervise all WH parties (GMP).
supervise all deliveries for damage or variance reports.
