  • Bringing the voice of the consumer back into the organization to drive NPS through supported data.
  • Conduct deep dive data analysis to support and build project business cases.
  • Drive the implementation and execution of customer experience projects.
  • Assist in defining and managing ongoing project updates and reports.
What we look for:
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Experience using Excel.
  • Data Analysis background.
  • Cross-functional and complex projects experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to run surveys, conduct deep dive data analytics and formulate insights.
