Job Description

  • Leading the team in the activities of valuations, investment packages, and investor presentations.
  • Assuring timely, accurate and high-quality deliverables are in place.
  • Mentoring and Developing AVPs, Associates and Analysts.
  • Coordinating due diligence for transactions and managing advisers working on different stages of the mandate.
  • Managing strategic relationship with clients and investors and leading presentations and negotiations during the process till deal closure.
  • Building company credentials with large clientele base and obtaining trustworthy relationship with all clients.
  • Leading new initiatives and working closely with senior management.
  • Assessing, negotiating, and onboarding potential investment banking mandates.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of business administration finance or similar degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in investment banking or financial advisory.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • High analytical, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Flexibility to work on regional assignments.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
