Job Description

Mission:Being a member of the Software team in Vcore (Valeo SW Core Platform), will give you the opportunity to work in all Valeo products, mastering automotive latest technologies by analysing and mastering different stakeholders requirementsResponsibilities???????

  1. Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple teams across the program where required.
  2. Assist in overall program planning and ensure cross-team dependencies are well-understood and modelled in program plans and timelines.
  3. Identify, document, and publish risks and issues related to the Agile teams and to define resolution paths where required.
  4. Resolve Agile teams impediments and blocking issues.
  5. Collect and consolidate Agile team status for delivery to stakeholders and executive management.
  6. Schedule and conduct meetings and ceremonies in accordance with best practices for SAFe/Scrum software development.
  7. Responsible for building team collaboration, commitment towards achieving sprint objectives and viewing team needs above everything else.
  8. Continuously work to improve team performance and productivity:
  9. Share common Agile practices.
  10. Facilitate Retrospectives which generate new ideas for process improvement.
  11. Maintain relevant metrics that guide the development team to more efficient processes in their work and in satisfying their Product Owner and stakeholders.
  12. Work collaboratively with Product Owners, cross-functional development teams, and RTE to support development and frequent software delivery
  • B.Sc. in Communication, Electronics, Computer science or Computer Engineering
  • Scrum Master Certification, SAFe Scrum Master is preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience, at least 1 of them as Scrum Master
  • Understanding of Automotive engineering process (ASPICE) is preferred
  • Demonstrable expertise of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc
  • Data driven analysis skills with high attention to details for measuring and managing team performance and delivery.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical issues
