About this opportunityWe are now looking for a VAS Operations Team Leader that will be responsible for the VAS &Messaging Service Creation. This person shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.What you will do

  • Ensuring sufficient system capacity for all required products and services
  • Ensuring quality of service & quick time for VAS &Messaging Service Creation Domain
  • Technical Assessment, Integration, and implementation for Solutions, ensuring minimum project risk, cost, and time to ensure stockholders alignment and project fulfillment
  • Scheduled meetings centered on P&S project activities and commercial requirements for project /product changes and new development
  • Assessing Marketing requirements and network requirements for introducing new product/service
  • Follow up and secure full execution of marketing yearly plan
  • Innovate and develop in-house services that contribute to a delightful customer experience with enhancement of time to market over VAS-Messaging Service creation Environment
  • Leading the installation, commissioning, and testing of VAS & Messaging Service Creation services till complete handover and knowledge transfer to operation departments
  • Development and Execution of projects to support technical strategic plans including upgrades plans, new features and developing architecture
  • Review capacity versus traffic to make sure that design rules are complaint
  • Follow up on KPIs for all running systems
  • Ensure effective supplier handling
  • Responsible for 3rd line support for any operational problems related to VAS/Messaging Platforms
You will bring
  • Bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom, CS) and relevant experience in VAS
  • AntiSpam knowledge and experience are a plus
  • Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
  • English language skills
