• Work closely with product development teams to deliver design pipeline and deliver the requirements on time and quality in accordance with business owner?s vision.
• Understand business team briefs and actively contribute to the brainstorming and ideation process, resulting with mockups and prototypes.
• Work closely with the marketing team to design explorations for User Interfaces and related visual design.
• Support in User Experience planning use case preparation and annotated wireframe design.
• Lead creation of wireframes, mockups, comprehensive prototypes, user-interaction model, and workflows.
• Support in the overall delivery of product development lifecycle in an agile environment, preventing bottlenecks and simplifies design to development process.
• Ultimate responsibility for creativity, provide out of the box ideas that leads to differentiation.

• Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience or related Design field or relevant experience is applicable. with 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
• A strong portfolio (portfolio will be requested)
• Experience in user personas & customer journey mapping.
• Deep understanding of the fundamentals design Thinking process.
• Experience with a wide variety of user research methods e.g. surveys, user interviews, product usability testing, experimental design.
• Ability to implement UX concepts and convert raw data into user-friendly dashboards and information architectural designs.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles methodologies & best practices.
• Responsible for following up design plan, actively communicating with upstream and downstream.
• Understanding the business in-depth, cooperating with products and development to ensure the realization of results.
• Understanding how design can impact development.
• Understanding of different operating systems guidelines.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in an agile development environment.
• Experience with prototyping and designing tools
• Proven ability in a variety of design tools such as Adobe XD, illustrator, Zeplin, Invison ,Sketch and Figma (The most important one Is Adobe XD)
