Manage the entire cycle of ownership contracts from start to finish, ensuring all necessary steps are completed accurately and efficiently.
Oversee the execution of waiver and change of ownership contracting procedures in accordance with established manuals and regulations.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to ownership contracts.
-Dispute Resolution:
Handle settlement and compromising contracting disputes that arise between clients and the company during the signing of ownership and waiving contracts.
Work closely with clients, legal teams, and relevant departments to resolve disputes in a timely and satisfactory manner.
