This role involves driving critical decisions with cross functional teams and leadership and demands strong program management skills along-with an ability to drive data driven discussions. The candidate is expected to have exceptional analytical, planning and written/verbal communication skills along with preferred experience in managing transportation function in retail domain.Responsibilities

  • Set up a robust processes to communicate execution plans to operations and supply chain teams
  • Support business growth in constrained environment with frugal and innovative solutions
  • Work on scaling up processes at a quick pace, by identifying, implementing available tools/automation.
  • Rollout best practices from other geographies/ companies to minimize end to end supply chain losses
  • Utilize exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence business, operations and technical audiences
  • Program manage and drive decision making across cross functional teams and senior leadership
  • Bring data driven solutions using analytical skills to contribute operations and growth in the organization
Key job responsibilities
  • Supply Chain Operations and Planning experience
  • Experience in managing transportation function ideally in retail domain.
  • Experience with data analytics and program management.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, basic understanding in SQL and basic programming skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and a strong customer focus
  • Attention to detail and ability to own and follow through on issues.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
