Description Luxoft Autonomous Drive, a department of Luxofts Automotive Line of Business, is an expert and delivery center for design, implementation and test of embedded architecture and software solutions for automotive systems.nOur international team is based in various locations all over Europe and working with OEMs and Tier1s from all over the world. We are currently looking for a Test Manager who is also able to work together with customer and the team to define and implement test strategy for the new project.nnProject Goals:nSW Platform and SDK for a development of automotive systems at German OEM (based on AUTOSAR Adaptive)nnTechnologies used in Project:nTypeScript, Python, Linux, C++, AUTOSAR Adaptive, Jenkins, Docker, running Python app. in Java & JavaScript environment; agile development (SCRUM)nnOpportunities: international team, Workshops, work at the bleeding edge of the future of automotive software; working for large German OEM; grow personally and professionallySkills - Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or equivalent experiencen- 5+ years of solid hands-on experience in user application software testingn- Experience in designing, developing and maintaining of automated testing framework, harness and tool setn- Very good knowledge in test automation and related toolingn- Proven experience in Test Management, excellent knowledge of Test life cyclen- Experience in working in Agile methodologies (SAFe, Nexus, scaled Scrum etc...)n- Advanced Experience in testing methodologies and terminologiesn- Excellent Communication skills in both written and verbal formn- Team leadership experiencen- ISTQB Certified Advanced Level Test Manager or highern- Fluent in EnglishResponsibilities Manage and lead software testing activitiesnCooperates directly with the project manager, product owner and the customernDefine the test concept and select the required tools for the test environmentnPlan, estimate and track all the testing activitiesnReview the software requirements for the testabilitynBuild up the testing team by being involved in roles definition and hiringnDesign and execute test plans and test strategynReport the defects found clearly to the different project stakeholdersnApply and assure the testing team is following the SW development process (e.g. SCRUM and SAFe)nPerform demos for business stakeholders and ensure software meets their requirements
