Tele Sales Agent is Required for Immediate Hiring at ISupplyAbout the Company:ISupply is a digital B2B multi-seller marketplace operating in the pharmaceutical industry offering an integrated platform to digitize and optimize the supply and demand transactions between drug manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers and pharmacies.Needed Requirements:

  • Bachelor?s degree Holder (Pharma or Science)
  • 1 -3 years of Experience as Tele Sales Agents in any pharmaceutical company - or Pharmacy Assistant
  • Customer Oriented
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Problem Solver
  • Very Good English Speakers
  • Handle All Cases, Follow up and close the Request
  • Solve Problems and follow up the Client Cases
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve the team Goals
  • Sustain High customer Satisfactionary Level
  • Working Location: Nasr City
  • 6 Working days (fixed Shifts)
  • Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
