Installation, setup and configuration of MS CRM, Dynamics Marketing, Dynamics Social, Parature.? Data migration from external systems into MS CRM.? Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing.? Conduct user and administrator training.? Complete the project tasks on time.? Build expertise in Industry areas of focus, contributes to development of Industry solutions.? Assist sales and presales teams to prepare proposals, participate on client presentations and support business development and the sale of professional services when necessary.? Extensive experience of working on Dynamics CRM projects - experience in designing and delivering technical deliverables on customer projects and have hand-on customer and stakeholder engagement experience.? The successful candidate needs to be a hands-on architect and provide technical input and oversight to ensure successful project delivery Dynamics CRM development team. In addition, Dynamics CRM migration and upgrade experience is essential.? Applications Development, design and customer stakeholder management.? Acting in a lead developer / design authority type role you will be expected to have an excellent level of knowledge of software design and software development with the Dynamics CRM Online technology stack - including Dynamics 365 Portals.? Collect requirements, provide technical analysis and recommend solutions and approaches to accommodate constantly changing business requirements.? Writing specifications and providing technical analysis documents will also be within your remit.? Knowledge of Email Router and Server-Side Sync. including design, migration and configuration.? Knowledge of Azure and Azure SQL Data Export Service.? Experience in a client-facing role; liaising with clients and participating in requirements gathering and design workshops.Qualifications:? MS Dynamics CRM: SDK, report writing, installation, configuration, and customizations.? MS SQL Server and SSRS reporting services experience.? Unit Testing: Test Case preparation and execution.? Working with all phases of the SDLC process.? Strong written communications especially related to articulating technical specifications.? 4 years? experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2016/365 CRM.? Experience in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, SQL Server, SSRS including plugins, scripting and form creation.? Experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints.? Strong understanding of and ability to configure security groups, roles and teams.? Comfortable using Visual Studio, TFS/VSTS, source control, CRM SDK.Additional Qualifications & Skills:? Knowledge of the O365 platform as it pertains to feature sets that integrate with Dynamics CRM solutions including SharePoint and OneDrive/OneNote.? Familiarity with Data Export Service and Azure SQL.? SSIS or other ETL technologies.? Experience working with consulting services industry or salesforce automation/project service automation solutions.?
