With a collective strength of 10 brands, we have more than 200 million monthly users that trust in our dedication to providing them with the best platform for their needs.As a Team Lead, you will be responsible to oversee and manage the data collection implementation progress of automotive dealerships/showrooms via street scanning, ensuring accurate and comprehensive market data gathering. Your role will include supervising field interviewers, conducting quality control and verifications, and liaising with internal functions to maintain a smooth and efficient process flow.In this role, you will:

  • Manage and oversee the data collection process conducted by field interviewers.
  • Ensure the implementation of data collection is carried out efficiently and effectively as per the plan.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of collected data.
  • Verify data collected from automotive dealerships/showrooms to maintain high standards.
  • Lead, guide, and support the team of interviewers, providing direction and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Monitor the performance of the team and provide constructive feedback and training as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as data analysis, project management, and IT to ensure smooth process flow.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare regular reports on data collection progress, quality control findings, and any issues encountered.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to the project.
