You?re looking for fulfillment, we?re looking for You!Talent Development & Learning ManagerAs a Talent Development and Learning Manager, you will manage a series of learning designs linked to a function or a field of expertise and fuels Danoners engagement by providing a competitive individual development value proposition.About the job

  • Manage a series of learning design projects using proper design standards and expertise.
  • Translate business needs into learning solutions
  • Ensure pedagogical quality of own design projects
  • Monitor project budget
  • Run Request for Proposals (RFPs) and tender process to select most appropriate supplier for each project
  • Manage external production teams to ensure excellence in execution
  • Serve as pedagogical expert to functional communities
  • Manage training and development function by setting training strategy including designing and evaluating training providers, curricula and methodology and managing company training budget.
  • Conduct cross-functional projects by analyzing current business processes, identify business needs and define improvement areas by proposing organizational change needs as restructuring and new department(s) formation.
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
  • Bachelor?s degree in a relevant field
  • From 6 to 8 years of experience in the Talent Development or Learning field
