Job Role

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Coordinate the whole account starting from the hiring request until the end deliverable.
Developing and recommending recruiting techniques / Sources to ensure a successful search in a given period.
Interview jobholders and managers to get information about jobs to complete job descriptions by agreed deadlines.
Job posting and advertising jobs, reviewing job descriptions, screening online applications, scheduling and conducting interviews and reference checks, negotiating offers, and proactively building Benchmark?s talent pipeline.
