Job Description

As a Business Analyst, your role will be to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, and collaborate with development teams to deliver solutions that meet the needs of the organization. Your responsibilities will include conducting stakeholder interviews, documenting requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting the implementation of business solutions.Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and focus groups to gather requirements and uncover underlying business problems.
  • Analyze and document current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Develop and maintain requirement documents, including functional requirements, use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and impact analyses to assess the viability and potential risks of proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Participate in solution design sessions and provide inputs to technical teams based on business requirements.
  • Support the testing and quality assurance processes, ensuring that developed solutions meet the defined requirements.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of user training materials and conduct user training sessions as needed.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and escalating issues or risks as necessary.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis.
